Aloe Vera Drinks
Not all aloe vera drinks are created equal. It very much depends on the way they are manufactured.
When heat or enzymes are used in the product process the aloe vera drink will lose most of its medicinal potentency. This occurs because the polysaccarides are destroyed. When heat is applied they turn to a simple sugar.
